Vegetable Scramble with Chickpeas

  • 1 cup cooked or canned chickpeas, rinsed

  1. Sauté the vegetables

    • Cook another 2–3 minutes until warmed through.

  3. Finish and serve

    • Squeeze lemon juice over the top and sprinkle nutritional yeast or feta if desired.
